The hotel is located at ul. Warszawska 372 (05-082 Zielonki-Parcela) in the Stare Babice municipality, in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw. Right next to the hotel is the Zielonki bus stop, from which lines 714, 719, and 729 depart. They provide convenient connections to the western part of Warsaw, including the Bemowo metro station, and facilitate reaching key transport hubs and interchange points.

How can I book a room or a place in your network?

To book a room or a place, select the appropriate property and contact the reception desk at the provided phone number. The receptionist will check availability for your selected dates and make the reservation.
If your preferred room category is unavailable, we will suggest alternative options at the same property. If necessary, you can also contact the reception desks of our other properties to inquire about available spots.
Important information:
Individual guests: For individual bookings, no prepayment is required.
Groups: Prepayment terms for group bookings are determined individually during the reservation process.
Note: If a guest does not arrive at the scheduled time and has not notified the reception in advance, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Can I change my booking dates after it has been made?
Yes, changing your stay dates is possible, provided that there are vacancies available for the chosen period. If you wish to change your dates or cancel a reservation, please contact the reception of the property where the booking was made directly.
Is advance booking mandatory?
No, booking in advance is not mandatory. Check-in is possible without a prior reservation — provided that we have vacancies available.
However, during weekends, holiday periods, as well as during major events or concerts, we strongly recommend making a booking in advance. The number of places in our properties is limited.

For short-term rentals, we offer both shared dormitory rooms and private rooms. Long-term stays are available in shared dormitory rooms — from a few days to several weeks, a month, or even longer.
For guests planning a longer stay, we have prepared attractive terms and discounts, making this option exceptionally cost-effective for extended accommodation.
What is the check-in procedure at your properties?
After making your reservation by phone, you are welcome to visit the selected property on the agreed date and time. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our staff at the reception desk.

What are your properties' opening hours?
For the comfort of our guests, we provide 24-hour access to the building. Upon check-in, you will receive an entry code from the receptionist, allowing you to come and go at any time. We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM so as not to disturb the peace of other guests.

Yes, we cooperate with companies, employment agencies, and other organizations. We offer accommodation for employees for both short and long-term periods. For our regular corporate clients, we have prepared special cooperation terms and attractive discounts.
