How can I book a room or a place in your network?
On the website of each property, you will find detailed information about room categories, prices, accommodation conditions, as well as the address and contact details.
To book a room or a place, select the appropriate property and contact the reception desk at the provided phone number. The receptionist will check availability for your selected dates and make the reservation.
If your preferred room category is unavailable, we will suggest alternative options at the same property. If necessary, you can also contact the reception desks of our other properties to inquire about available spots.
Important information:
Individual guests: For individual bookings, no prepayment is required.
Groups: Prepayment terms for group bookings are determined individually during the reservation process.
Note: If a guest does not arrive at the scheduled time and has not notified the reception in advance, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Can I change my booking dates after it has been made?
Yes, changing your stay dates is possible, provided that there are vacancies available for the chosen period. If you wish to change your dates or cancel a reservation, please contact the reception of the property where the booking was made directly.
Is advance booking mandatory?
No, booking in advance is not mandatory. Check-in is possible without a prior reservation — provided that we have vacancies available.
However, during weekends, holiday periods, as well as during major events or concerts, we strongly recommend making a booking in advance. The number of places in our properties is limited.
Is long-term stay available?
Yes, in our hostels we offer both short-term and long-term stays, depending on your needs.
For short-term rentals, we offer both shared dormitory rooms and private rooms. Long-term stays are available in shared dormitory rooms — from a few days to several weeks, a month, or even longer.
For guests planning a longer stay, we have prepared attractive terms and discounts, making this option exceptionally cost-effective for extended accommodation.
What is the check-in procedure at your properties?
After making your reservation by phone, you are welcome to visit the selected property on the agreed date and time. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our staff at the reception desk.
To check in, you are required to present one of the following identification documents:
National ID card or driver’s license — for Polish citizens;
National ID card (ID) — for citizens of Schengen area countries;
Foreign passport;
Residence card;
mObywatel application.
The receptionist will enter your details into the system and provide you with all necessary information regarding your stay.
What time can I check in?
Our reception desk is generally open from 09:00 to 23:00.
Standard check-in times depend on the specific property, but are most often between 14:00 and 22:00. You can find detailed information on the website of each of our properties.
Check-in outside of these hours is possible by prior arrangement with the reception. The terms and any potential additional fees are agreed upon in advance by phone.
What are your properties' opening hours?
For the comfort of our guests, we provide 24-hour access to the building. Upon check-in, you will receive an entry code from the receptionist, allowing you to come and go at any time. We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM so as not to disturb the peace of other guests.
Are there kitchen facilities available, and what is included?
In most of our properties, a shared kitchen is available for guests. It is equipped with everything necessary for preparing and storing meals:
hob (cooktop),
microwave oven,
refrigerator,
kettle,
dishes and cutlery.
Additionally, coffee, tea, sugar, and salt are available to our guests free of charge and without limits.
How can I pay for my stay?
For individual guests, payment is collected on-site during check-in. Available payment methods:
cash (in PLN),
payment card,
BLIK.
We issue VAT invoices for companies. For group bookings, a prepayment may be required — detailed terms are determined individually.
Do you cooperate with companies (B2B)?
Yes, we cooperate with companies, employment agencies, and other organizations. We offer accommodation for employees for both short and long-term periods. For our regular corporate clients, we have prepared special cooperation terms and attractive discounts.
